By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full...

1. Scope of Services

We provide support services to charities, CICs, and not-for-profit organisations, including but not limited to:

• Bid writing and application reviews
• Funding strategy and development
• Governance and compliance support
• Business planning and financial modelling
• Impact planning and evaluation
• Strategic communications and donor readiness

All services will be agreed upon in writing before work begins and may be delivered via phone, email, video call, or in-person (if pre-arranged).

2. Fees and Payment

• Pricing will be clearly outlined in a proposal, quote, or service email prior to engagement.
• All fees are payable in GBP (£) and may be invoiced in full or in instalments, depending on the project.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed.
• For ongoing or retainer services, invoices will be issued monthly in advance.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% administration fee per month overdue.

3. Free Consultation

We offer a free 30-minute consultation to new clients. This session is non-obligatory and designed to explore your needs and how we may support you. No deliverables or outputs are guaranteed as part of this free session.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• If we must cancel or reschedule, we will provide notice as soon as possible and offer a new time at your convenience.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

• All materials we provide to you are for your use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
• We respect your confidentiality and will not share your data, documents, or ideas with third parties without written consent.
• We reserve the right to anonymise and reference non-sensitive project details (e.g. success rates, general feedback) for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

We provide advice and support in good faith, based on experience and available information. 

However:

• We cannot guarantee the success of any funding applications or outcomes
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made or actions taken based on our advice
• Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service in question

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

In such cases:

• You will be billed for work completed up to the date of termination
• Any partially completed work may be delivered “as-is” unless otherwise agreed

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published via our website or shared directly with active clients.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
